The Washington Center for Psychoanalysis is a non-profit association based in Washington, DC which provides clinical and non-clinical training in psychoanalysis and psychoanalytic psychotherapy, as well as other psychoanalytic theory and concepts as applied to the arts, film and theater, as well as to academia, and a full program of psychoanalytic scientific meetings, conferences and lectures. Our community, virtual and real-world, provides many opportunities for collegiality, for education and for promotion of psychoanalysis and psychotherapy through community outreach projects.

Active members of the Center automatically receive a subscription to Psychoanalytic Electronic Publishing (PEPWEB). PEPWEB provides online access to all but the most recent issues of many leading psychoanalytic journals and some books, and includes the entire Standard Edition of Freud's collected works. PEPWEB also enables users to search the literature by author, topic, or key words.
